The "Dulcimer in Your Closet Project" seeks to do the following:

• Promote real, human-made, acoustic music and facilitate creative expression, healing, and community building
• Encourage awareness of mountain dulcimers, engagement with mountain dulcimers, and the distribution of mountain dulcimers where they will be actively used
