Wildflower Cottage Coaching
If you would like to learn more about my coaching, I also have a recording of an informational meeting and discussion about my vision and offerings. If you are interested in viewing it, please contact me at [email protected], and I can send you a link (name your own price)!
Through my years of experience as a musical performer, recording artist, and instructor, I have gained insight into what opens up my own creative processes and helps me to function more effectively and peacefully. I have also learned what can present obstacles to living peacefully and productively as a creative and achieving work-life balance.
My own unconventional upbringing, education, and lifestyle as well as my studies in the humanities, social sciences, religion, and literature have encouraged me to look at the human condition through diverse and colorful lenses, leaving me with an abiding conviction of the preciousness of each human life. We each have unique and irreplaceable gifts to share with the world, and it is possible not only to know what they are but to foster their growth and flourishing.
In the process of providing individual instruction on mountain dulcimer, I have seen that often good playing is about more than just developing good playing techniques. There are other obstacles -- mental and/or emotional blocks or lifestyle habits -- that can impede the creative process and which need more in-depth processing than a single 45 minute music lesson could provide.
I would be honored to spend more time with you sharing insights on what could give you greater creative breakthrough, deeper peace, and a more authentic life and sense of self. We can also dreamscape what a more vibrant creative life looks like for you and begin to set concrete goals for making those dreams become realities! We can begin with a free 30-minute trial consultation and then proceed from there!
